It is believed that sharks are attracted to contrasting colors so to test this, Jonathan wears a 'contrasting' clown suit then dives in alongside a diver in black. A mechanized mannequin was used in the experiment with tiger sharks. When the mannequin was kicking, the sharks were kept at bay.
