Make Me a Supermodel Reunion: Watch What Happens

Season 1,  Episode 13 | Original Airdate: March 27, 2008

Okay, so am I the only one who didn"t understand until five minutes ago that this reunion show was not also when we learned the winner? What the hell? I"m stupid. The ten models who have been eliminated are back on set to talk about what it was like to be filmed on the show and relive their most embarrassing moments. Andy Cohen (who?) interviews the returning models and asks them sub-awesome questions sent in from readers. Dom, who Cohen says came off on the show like the Mayor of Excuses Village, makes excuses about all his excuses. Katy says that yeah, she ate cake, and it was good. Jacki, whose weave is looking fly, says she wasn"t really a bitch. The remaining models are brought out like a quartet of celebrities and join in the Q & A fun. Dom calls out the Ronnie/Ben bromance, putting it on front street that America seems to be keeping them on the show to see what happens next between them. We are subjected to clips of the blossoming love and must cringe through the whole thing all over again. Ronnie admits he did have feelings for Ben, but they dissipated, and Cohen presents them with special "Bronnie" t-shirts. ["I"m sorry, but: gross. Can I have my own "ode to self-hating" t-shirt too?" -- Joe R] Tyson and Niki arrive to put in their two cents. Niki thinks it"s Ronnie who has come farther than the rest. Tyson thinks Ben has improved the most and that Perry (of course) has the most potential. Much is made of the boy/girl division in the house, and the show manages to make it appear that the girls are to blame for the bullying that went on every week. You stay classy, Bravo. Niki even claims that America keeps voting off the women because the guys "listened more." Whatever. ["Yeah, that"s totally why this show"s pervasively gay-and-female audience has been voting off all the girls. Sorry, Al, this is your recaplet." -- Joe R] Of course, no one is safe from having their smack talk replayed in front of every one, and they attempt to pass it off like they don"t care what the others have said about them, when in fact they clearly do. They even do impressions of each other"s catwalks, and it cuts like a knife. A review is made of the steaminess we"ve seen week after week, and it is revealed that there was a connection between Perry and Stephanie that we never really saw in the edited version of the show. This segues into Perry"s ridiculous girlfriend storyline, and he tries to be really serious about it, but it"s still pretty melodramatic and lame. Ben says his marriage has been under strain since he"s been on the show, but that he"s determined to go after his dreams. Cory and Jennifer arrive and even more Ben and Ronnie ass-kissing occurs. Holly is avenged from the "no personality" insults when we see her awesome squirrel gravy montage. After a review of the final four, Tyson and Niki say some emotional words of support, and we are left to wait one more week to discover the winner.
