Episode 1 Originally aired: March 17, 2008The six male contestants are introduced. Penn, Cristian, and Mario perform the Cha-Cha. Jason, Adam, and Steve perform the Foxtrot. Mario receives the highest score.

Episode 2 Originally aired: March 18, 2008The six women perform for the first time. Shannon, Marissa, and Marlee perform the Cha Cha. Monica, Priscilla, and Kristi perform the Foxtrot. Kristi receives the highest score.

Episode 3 Originally aired: March 24, 2008All twelve contestants perform their second dances before the first elimination. Steve, Monica, Priscilla, Jason, Adam, and Kristi perform the Mambo. Cristian, Penn, Shannon, Marissa, Marlee, and Mario perform the Quick Step. Kristi receives the highest score and Monica receives the lowest score.

Episode 5 Originally aired: March 25, 2008The Jonas Brothers perform. Macy's Stars of Dance returns with a performance choreographed by Jacques Heim of the Diavolo Dance Theatre and Cirque du Soleil. Penn Gillette and dance partner Kym Johnson are the first couple eliminated. Monica Seles and dance partner Jonathan Roberts are the second couple eliminated.

Episode 9 Originally aired: April 1, 2008The judges have Steve Guttenberg dance his tango with rehearsal partner Jonathan Roberts. Kylie Minogue performs two numbers, one while Julianne Hough and Mark Ballas dance. Macy's Stars of Dance present the Alvin Ailey American Dance Theatre dancers. A matchmaker analyzes the contestants and their partners. At the end of the night, Steve Guttenberg and his partner Anna Trebunskaya are eliminated.

Shannon Elizabeth dances the Rumba. Cristian de la Fuente dances the Foxtrot. Marissa Jaret Winokur dances the Viennese Waltz. Mario dances the Rumba. Kristi Yamaguchi dances the Jive. The group number is a western-themed dance.
