America Ferrera
America Ferrera first gained national attention with her starring role in "Real Women Have Curves," but it was her television role as Betty Suarez, the unattractive but efficient secretary at a fashion magazine in "Ugly Betty," that made her a household name and a Golden Globe, Screen Actors Guild and Emmy winner. Along with the reprisal of her role as Carmen in the second installment of "The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants," Ferrera can be seen in "Under the Same Moon," the story of a mother and son's journey to reunite with one another.

Kristen Bell
How much do we miss "Veronica Mars"? Oh so much, and yes, it still hurts. Kristen Bell was the epitome of a smart, sassy and likeable private detective on the late, great CW show. She also popped up on "Deadwood" and is currently back on The CW as the voice of "Gossip Girl." Bell will soon be on the big screen as the title character in "Forgetting Sarah Marshall." If you've been outside in the last month or so you've seen the clever ads for this movie... such as "My mom always hated you, Sarah Marshall". But we've never hated Kristen Bell!

Steve Carell
With his everyman looks and impeccable comedic timing, Steve Carell first gained attention as a correspondent on "The Daily Show," then landed the starring role in "The Office" as eternal doofus Michael Scott. Sure, it was his breakout success in the film "The 40-Year-Old Virgin" that made him a superstar, but we in the TV world take credit for having him first. And although we loan him out for feature films like this summer's "Get Smart," as far as we are concerned his full-time residence is in Scranton, Pennsylvania.

Patrick Dempsey
He may have inspired a new word in the pop culture lexicon based on his dreamy small screen "Grey's Anatomy" role, but Patrick Dempsey is no stranger to the big screen either. Prior to "Grey's," Dempsey was probably best known for a string of fun '80s movies, and he returns again to theaters in the romantic comedy "Made Of Honor." Dempsey plays a guy who's in love with his best friend who's about to get married. And making matters worse, she's asked him to be her Maid of Honor.

Tina Fey
We love Tina Fey like Tina Fey loves Oprah. Tina made the Weekend Update desk the best part of "SNL" once she took the wheel, and even in her absence, fellow biatch Amy Poehler has held the desk to the same high comedic standards. To be honest, we were nervous about Tina's jump from late night to primetime, but "30 Rock" far surpassed any hopes we had. Now the funniest women in TV team up again for the big screen comedy "Baby Mama," about a 37-year-old professional woman (Fey) who hires a surrogate (Poehler) to carry her child. If it's half as funny as everything else they do, we're going to love it.

Matthew Fox
Before landing the role of a lifetime as Dr. Jack Shephard on "Lost," Matthew Fox broke young girls' hearts as bad-boy-trying-to-make-good Charlie Salinger on the '90s teen drama "Party of Five." Although he’s had a few smaller movie roles in films like "We Are Marshall" and "Vantage Point," this May Matthew will appear in what will likely be his first blockbuster as Racer X in a live action version of "Speed Racer."

Sarah Michelle Gellar
Sarah Michelle Gellar won a daytime Emmy for her role in the soap "All My Children." Later, as "Buffy the Vampire Slayer", she made legions of fanboys go ga-ga and created a girl power craze. Gellar has appeared in multiple feature films from teen flicks including "I Know What You Did Last Summer" and "Cruel Intentions" to thrillers like "The Grudge." She played Daphne in both editions of the "Scooby-Doo" films and even portrayed a porn star in "Southland Tales." This spring, Gellar will once again take on a movie role in an Asian remake called "Possession" alongside Lee Pace.

Neil Patrick Harris
You may know him now as the ultimate ladies' man on "How I Met Your Mother", but his truly legendary role was playing the child doctor in "Doogie Howser, MD". In the upcoming goofball film "Harold & Kumar Escape from Guantanamo Bay" he reprises his spoof of "himself" as a drug-using sex addicted "Doogie"-gone-bad version of Neil Patrick Harris. Though it doesn't sound like the Neil we know and love, we're sure evil Neil will be a movie standout.

Bret Harrison
Bret Harrison first drew TV fans' notice on the FOX comedies "Grounded for Life" and "The Loop," but is best known for his turn as Sam on "Reaper," who unfortunately had his soul sold to the Devil by his parents. Charming, a little bit goofy and always very enthusiastic, Harrison will take his talents to the big screen next in "Deal," where a master poker player (Burt Reynolds) teaches him all the tricks of the trade.

John Krasinski
Part of one of the most likeable couples on TV today (Jim and Pam from "The Office"), John Krasinski started off as an intern on the Conan O'Brien show before getting his big break at Dunder Mifflin. He's definitely gone big time now, as he's starring in the football comedy "Leatherheads" with one of the biggest movie stars on the planet, George Clooney. Hugh Laurie
Good news for Hugh Laurie fans: We'll get to see the "House" star shed his white coat, leave the hospital, and jump to the big screen in an entirely new role in the urban crime drama "Street Kings." The bad news? He'll be playing a sneaky and ambitious Los Angeles police captain, so we won't get to hear that sexy English accent he always has to cover up! Oh well... we'll still love watching Laurie go from good doctor to bad cop.

Blake Lively
Blake Lively stepped into a shared pair of big screen blue jeans and, along with her co-stars America Ferrera, Alexis Bledel and Amber Tamblyn, became a rising star with the teen set after landing her first major role, "The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants." Lively's recent role as the beautiful, yet flawed, Upper East Side teen Serena van der Woodsen on The CW's "Gossip Girl" has solidified her place among Hollywood's hottest young actresses. This spring, Lively will return as Bridget in "The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants 2." Benjamin McKenzie
Benjamin McKenzie hit it big with his role of Ryan, the kid from the wrong side of the Southern California tracks on a little teen drama called "The O.C." Since the show went off the air last year, we've missed him, but the McKenzie drought is coming to an end with the release of the thriller "88 Minutes" in theaters. McKenzie plays a college student opposite Al Pacino, who stars as a forensic psychiatrist and college professor who receives a phone call telling him that he has only 88 minutes left to live. And we thought the kids on "The O.C." had tough problems to deal with!

Lee Pace has had a busy year. First he lands himself the lead role in one of last fall's best new TV series, "Pushing Daisies," as a pie maker who can bring the dead back to life. Now he's starring in the screwball comedy "Miss Pettigrew Lives for a Day" alongside Amy Adams and the great Frances McDormand. Next he makes a 180-degree turn in the psychological thriller "Possession" starring Sarah Michelle Gellar. He must be drinking lots of coffee to keep up with this schedule!

Jason Segel
Although you may know Jason Segel best as good-natured Marshall from "How I Met Your Mother," the gold star in his TV pedigree is being one of the lucky alums from Paul Feig and Judd Apatow's one-season charmer "Freaks and Geeks," where Segel played dopey Nick Andopolis. And thanks to his "F&G" friends Jason's gone big-time to the big screen. Last summer he popped up in a supporting role in Apatow's "Knocked Up," and this month he stars in another Apatow production "Forgetting Sarah Marshall," which Jason wrote and co-stars other TV favorites Kristen Bell and Mila Kunis.
